10/28/09 Come to Embargo Restaurant in Hyannis for the "Oyster Palooza" from 6-9PM. There will be loads of oysters from Cotuit, Chatham, Dennis and Wellfleet.

9/17/09 Cape Cod Young Professionals at the Rectrix Aerodome Center. What a night!!! Oysters from Barnstable, Chatham and Cotuit were served and they all went! Dan and I shucked 400 Cotuits.

8/31/09 DEP has issued Final Order of conditions for our pier application!!!!!

7/18/09 Taste of Cotuit 6-8PM at the Historical Society in Cotuit. Call the Historical Society in advance to purchase tickets.

7/8/09 ZBA Hearing. Atty Murphy has withdrwawn from the case and did not file an opposition brief. The Board voted...... AND APPROVED THE PROJECT!!!!!!!!! Thank you Atty. Marielise Kelly and Arlene Wilson for all of your hard work.

6/10/09 ZBA Hearing was continued.... Atty. Murphy filed a continuance on 6/8. Next hearing on 7/8/09.

5/9/09 Volvo Ocean Race Oyster Festival. Legal Seafoods will host the Oyster Festival with Cotuit Oysters. Please call for details.

5/6/09 Zoning Board of Appeals hearing 7:00PM. Please come to Town hall to support the Cotuit Oyster Company's proposed project at 26 Little River Road. Hearing went well... continued to June 10th. Thank you for writing you letters of support and coming to the hearing to voice your support. Will keep you posted!

5/3/09 B&G Oyster Invitational. Harpoon Brewery, Cotuit Oyster Company, Inc. Island Creek Oysters and Salt Pond Selects will be there to help support the Mass Oyster Project. What an event..... shucked 1000 oysters in 3.5 hours. Between all 3 growers, over 4000 oysters.

3/13/09 "Pearls of Cotuit" Local Artist Sandy O'Conner's watercolor portrait of a Cotuit Oyster was on display at the Cahoon Museum.

Agriculture Day at the State House in Boston 3/10/09

Shellfish Shindig at the Sam Adams Brewery in Boston. This was a first for MAA. We will be back in 09' and are anticipating even greater crowds.
